CLIENT FACING TEAM

Account Executives

Account Executives (AEs) work with Account Managers (AMs) and Team Directors to create materials for clients. AEs are responsible for executing PR tasks and contributing ideas to their team. AEs must be creative team players and great listeners.

Account Managers

Account Managers (AMs) lead a client account by overseeing strategy, deliverables, and team coordination. AMs guide Account Executives (AEs), manage client communication, and ensure that PR goals are met with high-quality results.

INTERNAL TEAM

Outreach Team

Unleashed's Outreach Team leads efforts to promote UnleashedPR as BU's premier student-led PR agency.

Responsibilities include managing the agency’s social media presence, creating content that highlights client work/team achievements, and drives brand visibility across campus and online.

Events Team

Unleashed's Events Team plans and executes events for Unleashed, including team bonding activities, professional workshops, and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities include developing relevant event concepts, creating an overview of past and future events, and coordinating with fellow E-Board members and BU personnel to promote events and book event spaces.

New Business Manager

The New Business Manager finds. pitches to, and recruits new clients for Unleashed around the Boston region, and serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients.

This role also entails maintaining client relations, involving the collection of client feedback, summarizing key takeaways, and collaborating internally with Unleashed's Outreach Team and AMs to discuss findings and collect client quotes.

Website & Digital Director

The Website & Digital Director manages Unleashed’s digital presence, including the website and online content.

Responsibilities include updating pages, tracking engagement and SEO metrics, troubleshoot any technical/design errors, ensuring a strong digital brand, and supporting creative campaigns that highlight client and agency work.
